UniFi OS Backup-Related Issues
We are aware of the underlying causes and have a solution under way. This is planned to be incorporated into an upcoming firmware release.
Symptoms
- Failed to create backup through unifi.ui.com
- Failed to restore backup through unifi.ui.com
- Log into your UniFi Console locally - This is done by typing the IP Address of your Console (UDM Pro, Cloud Key, etc.) into your browser
- Disable and re-enable remote access - This must be done from the "Owner" account, and we suggest doing this via a local connection. The setting is found in System Settings > Advanced.
