• Remake switch device detail.
• Move CPU and memory usage chart in device detail to Insights tab.
• Add current CPU and memory usage bars to to Insights tab in device detail.
• Remake AP's radios into a single Air Stats screen.
• Show "Local" tag for consoles on the same network in console list.
• Add ability to reassign "Managed by another console" devices to current console (e.g. when UDM is factory reset without resetting other devices).
• Show confirmation tooltip when changing WiFi settings.
• Improve design of cloud service outage messages.
• Improve some error messages.
