Hoe serieus is de issue met de verhoging van de Fan speed?

• Increase Fan speed to optimize device performance on certain hardware revisions.

Is er een percentage/getal/waarde bekend en/of door iemand berekend en welke hardware revisie heeft welke delta gekregen? Want ik vind de bullet point in de release notes helemaal niets zeggen over de irl verandering mbt o.a. het geproduceerde geluid.
