Kan iemand me wegwijs maken naar een release note(s) over TestFlight / UniFi Network / UniFi Protect waarom deze Apps niet meer werken in iOS 16.7.10? In de UniFi App Store release note(s) zijn ze allemaal nog gewoon compatibel met iOS 16.7.10.

Ik denk dat dat een vraag is aan UI. Misschien in het bovengelinkte draadje?

Hi,

The UniFi Protect application is no longer supported on iOS 16, which is why you are not getting EA updates.

Ik heb al even contact gehad met UI Support, maar dit lijkt me geenszins het juiste antwoord als alle documentatie anders aangeeft...

Thanks for your reply. I do have two questions regarding the communication about this matter:

1. Since when is iOS 16 excluded from TestFlight 3.7.1 updates for UniFi Network and Protect?

2. Where (releases on Forum) was this exclusion communicated for UniFi Network and Protect EA/GA releases. Did I miss it somehow?

Added screenshots for references. Thanks for your elaboration.

Een helder antwoord van UI OS Support:

Hi,

Thank you for your patience.

We have checked with the team on this, the new Early Access (EA) mobile app versions now require iOS 17. As a result, they should still be available for the 2018 iPad running iPadOS 17.7.2. However, they will not appear on the other two devices, as they do not meet the updated requirements.

De iOS 17+ informatie in de MAS is nog niet aangepast n.a.v. deze nieuwe, wel al in de TestFlight 3.7.1 App op macOS. Per wanneer deze wijziging is ingegaan hebben ze niet aangegeven.
