NOTE: You may start to see EVT_AP_RestartProc events in the controller log. If you see these, please report if there is anything specifically in your setup that triggers the events. The processes restarting is not new, but the reporting of the restarting is, and we are using these reports to clean up these issues.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For users with UAP, UAP-LR, UAP-OD, UAP-OD5 on 3.9.37/38. You will need to set the WLAN group to off to be able to upgrade these models from 3.9.37/38 to another release (3.9.39 or otherwise). If the problem still persists after disabling the WLAN group, then you may need to disable the uplink connectivity monitor. Please be mindful when disabling the uplink connectivity monitor as that will also disable wireless uplinks, which will disconnect your APs. If that happens you will need physical access to wire the APs to your network.
