Na een dikke 2 jaar met domoticz te hebben gespeeld werd het tijd om eens verder te gaan kijken. De Athom Homey trok hierin met name (hoe kan het ook anders) de aandacht door deze 2 apps. Ik heb inmiddels een "Early 2019" Homey besteld en zal mijn bevindingen straks gaan plaatsen hier.
Met de ratings over beide apps zit het wel goed zoals je ziet.

Ubiquiti UniFi Controller:
This app adds support for presence detection based on (wifi) clients connected to the UniFi Controller on your Homey.

Geting started:
- Configure settings for UniFi Controller via Homey Settings panel.
- If you have a custom site name, then first try default as site id. Then a list of site ids will be loaded.
- Go to Devices > Add new device wizard
- Select device you want to pair with Homey.
- It will only show devices known to your controller for the last 24 hours.
- Wifi devices connected to UniFi accesspoints, connected via UniFi Controller.

Adds support for Ubiquiti UniFi Video devices in Homey.

- Create a user in the UniFi Video web interface that belongs to a group that has permissions view camera and edit camera.
- Enable API access for this user and note/copy the API key.
- Install this UniFi Video app on your Homey.
- Start the 'add device wizard' in Homey, search for your connected UniFi camera(s), optionally name them and add them to your devices. You will be prompted to enter/paste the API key.
- If the API key has changed in the UniFi Video web interface, it can be updated in the Homey app on the UniFi Video app's Settings page.
- A flow action card can be used to create a snapshot, which is is saved to an Image tag.
- A flow can be triggered when a snapshot is created using the UniFi Video trigger card. This card supplies the name of the camera that created the snapshot and the snapshot image itself.
- A flow action card is available to set a camera's recording mode, being one of 'Don't record', 'Always record' or 'Record only motion'.
