After careful consideration and evaluation, we write to inform you that we have decided to discontinue the Early Access hardware program. Early Access software releases will continue to be released for all products. We believe that this change will ultimately result in a higher-quality experience for all our customers.
Our Early Access program has always been a way for our most passionate community members to interact with our product managers and developers and help shape the future of Ubiquiti. Your feedback has led to countless hardware and software improvements, and we thank every one of you for your feedback. This is why the Early Access software program will continue to remain a staple of Ubiquiti.
Since external feedback for upcoming products is still an important part of our development process, we will be reevaluating our approach to pre-release hardware evaluations in order to better align with our quality goals and create improved collaboration between UI and our community. This program will be announced at a later date.
We apologize for any confusion in the past few days about the Early Access hardware program and EA store. Our primary objective is to provide you with the best possible products, and we believe this change will benefit both Ubiquiti and our user community.
