Unable to download Unifi OS Backups

We have recently implemented enhancements to our system to enhance the integrity and usability of cloud backups. As a result, we discovered that there are some out-of-sync data, which means the current backups you see on your page aren't actually usable. However, the positive aspect is that a new backup will be generated, incorporating numerous improvements and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Currently, you will have to reset the UI account password by navigating to account.ui.com/reset-password, and this will remove all the previous backups, and the newly generated backups will not have this challenge.
